Supporting schools with tried and tested resources made by teachers for teachersInitially formed in 2001 the CHSC works in partnership with teachers , academics and advisors from all levels. As resources are developed they are tested and trialled in a variety of schools before we publish them. Each member of the CHSC partnership brings insight and experience to the team and helps to interpret changes to the curriculum keeping our resources up to date and relevant.

Qualifications
Jane currently leads the work of the Cams Hill Science Consortium. Her project management involves working collaboratively with a range of primary and secondary teachers. She regularly offers practical support as well as whole school Science INSET, delivers a programme of primary science initial teacher training and runs her own teacher support workshops. In addition, Jane’s role involves her co-ordinating a variety of Science Club activities and assisting with lesson planning and delivery.

Independent Consultant – Peak Consultancy
Pauline worked for Hampshire LA for many years as the primary science adviser and was formerly leader for Primary Gifted and Talented Education. She is an experienced trainer and has worked with a large number of schools and teachers from Hampshire Southampton and Portsmouth. She has worked with G&T leaders across South East England and nationally.

Qualifications
Matthew initiated and then led the Cams Hill Science Consortium for over 14 years 2001-2015 and was previously a Science Consultant for Hampshire Local Authority. He has many years teaching experience including as Head of Science. In addition he has written materials included in the National Strategy for Science, teacher training websites and also presents at national and regional Science Education
